Zematic Ltd. and its affiliates (“Zematic", "we", "our", "Company") respects the privacy of its Users with respect to their use of the App and/or the Services and is committed to protect the personal information that its Users share with it. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use the App and/or the Services.

- Which information we may collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
a. The first type of information is un-identified and anonymous information ("Non-personal Information"). Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us when such User uses the App. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information, behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, technical information (e.g., type of device), behavioral information (e.g. time spent on various screens of the App), etc. In addition we may collect metadata associated with the User's use of the App (e.g. date and time).
b. The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies, or may with reasonable effort identify an individual, or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature ("Personal Information"):
Personal Information which is being gathered consists of any personal details provided consciously and voluntarily by the User. The Personal Information is collected from the details the User provides when opening an Account in order to use the Service. The following information may be requested of Users to create an Account using our registration form (including by way of a third party): the User’s full name, date of birth, e-mail address, general service preferences and gender. Zematic hereby reserves the right to request additional information in the future. Alternatively, the User can open an Account and signup to the Service via existing third party accounts (e.g., Facebook, Google+ etc.) used by him/her, which use a single sign-on mechanism (“Social Network Account”). In the event that a User registers to the Service through his/her existing Social Network Account then such Social Network Account provides Zematic with access to certain information about such User as is stored in the User’s Social Network Account, namely, any information which is detailed and displayed to the User in the notice which appears during the integration process with such Social Network Account (for example, the User’s name, email address, profile picture and other information the User make publicly available via the applicable third party platform). Please read carefully such notice in order to understand what information is available to Zematic via Social Network Account. We may collect your login information and other relevant information necessary to enable us to access your Social Network Account (such as, User access token) in order to collect and/or store, to the extent legally permissible the abovementioned data contained within your Social Network Account which you provided us access to. Zematic may store the above-mentioned information (or any part of it), in order to achieve the purposes set forth herein. Please remember that the manner in which the applicable social network uses, stores and discloses your information is governed solely by its policies and Zematic shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of the applicable social network that may be available within our App You hereby agree that such information will be stored even after the linkage to your Social Network Account expires, for any reason.
For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.
- How Do We Collect Information on our Users?
There are two main methods that we use:
a. We collect information through your use of the App. In other words, when you are using the App we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage.
b. We collect information which you may, at your discretion, provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal information which you voluntarily provide when you open an Account. We may also collect Personal Information when you register and open an Account by registering through your Social Network Account. When registering through your Social Network Account, you agree to grant us access to Personal Information stored in your Social Network Account, as detailed above. We may gather, collect and store such information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.
- What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?
We collect Non-personal Information and Personal Information in order to provide the Services.
We collect Non-personal Information in order to: (a) Use it for statistical and research purposes and for customization and improvement of the App; (b) Provide and improve the Services for our commercial purposes; and (c) Improve the quality of the Services by formulating, customizing and enhancing the User’s experience.
We collect Personal Information in order to: (a) Provide and improve the Service; (b) Send push notifications to the User after the User agreed to accept push notifications from Zematic. Users can deactivate push notifications by asking the company to be removed from database; (c) Improve the quality of the Services by formulating, customizing and enhancing the User’s experience; (d) Verify the User's identity when he/she uses the App; (e) Allow us to contact you with proposals and tailored information regarding other services or products we believe may interest you; and (f) Be able to contact Users for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance and support.
- Sharing Information with Third Parties
For avoidance of doubt, Zematic may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information to third parties at its sole discretion.
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of the App, our User's information and to prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur.
- Deletion or Modification of Personal Information
If for any reason you wish to update or modify your Personal Information included in your Account you may do so by clicking the “edit” option available in your profile in the App. In the event that you wish to delete the Personal Information held by the Company you may do so by sending us an e-mail request to firstname.lastname@example.org and Zematic will make reasonable efforts to do so pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.
Zematic may retain and use your Personal Information for a reasonable time after termination as necessary to comply with our legal or business requirements or obligations (including as required by applicable law), and/or to enforce our Terms, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws. Aggregated and/or anonymous data derived from your use of the App may remain on our servers indefinitely.
- Third Party Service Providers
- International Data Transfer
We may transfer information collected about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or to other third party service provides (as provided herein) across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Please note that we may transfer such information to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to such transfer of information.
- Cookies & Local Storage
When you access or use the Services, the Company may use industry-wide technologies such as "cookies" and Flash (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your Service experience much more convenient and effoltress. The cookies used by the Service are created per session, does not include any information about you, other than your session key and are removed as your session ends. It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer's hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash you should use the settings option of Flash according to the specific instructions provided by the technology provider. However, if you block or erase cookies, or change the settings of Flash, your online experience may be limited.
We may also use certain third-party cookies (e.g. Google Authentication). These are a different kind of cookies, stored on your computer by third parties, rather than by the Company. This kind of cookie is only read (and not altered by the Service) each time you visit the Service, and also when you visit certain websites or applications that uses similar cookies. Third-party cookies usually store only a Non-personal Information, such as the web pages you have visited, the duration of your browsing, etc.
